I’m really impressed with this vibration board so far!
The variety of shaking speeds is absolutely amazing — you can go super gentle or crank it up depending on what you need. The board itself also feels really solid and good quality, not cheap or flimsy at all.
One feature I’m on the fence about is the “massage points” for your feet… I can’t totally confirm they do something dramatic, BUT I love to believe they’re stimulating and helping 😅 (honestly, the power of thinking is real). Either way, it feels good to stand on.
I’ve started using it in my morning routine — just 5 minutes on an easy setting to loosen up and wake my body up before the day starts. I also use it as a warm-up before runs, and I do light stretching on it, which feels amazing for calves/hips.
I’m excited to keep using it consistently and see improvements over time.
A couple small downsides:
• The remote is tiny and very easy to lose — I really wish the board had a built-in spot/attachment to store it.
• When I first unpacked the resistance bands, they had a sharp plastic smell, but it completely aired out after leaving them outside overnight.
