Overall this is a good hoop, but the noise level is high. I had to turn on the closed captioning on the tv so I could read it because I definitely couldn't hear it. It held up well and is easy to adjust the size. The plastic against your waist can be a little painful. I wish it was silicone or something softer instead of plastic.
