Muy buen material, cómodo.. si lo cargas con las manos se siente pesado, una vez puesto se siente cómodo y bien, yo pedí el de 12lb y es perfecto para caminar, te brinda ese esfuerzo extra, pero para correr no creo que sea buena idea podría provocar alguna lesión, pero para caminar está muy bien!
