I’ve started using it in my morning routine — just 5 minutes on an easy setting to loosen up and wake my body up before the day starts. I also use it as a warm-up before runs, and I do light stretching on it, which feels amazing for calves/hips.
I’m excited to keep using it consistently and see improvements over time.
A couple small downsides:
• The remote is tiny and very easy to lose — I really wish the board had a built-in spot/attachment to store it.
• When I first unpacked the resistance bands, they had a sharp plastic smell, but it completely aired out after leaving them outside overnight.
Overall, I’m super happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it — especially if you’re active, run, lift, or just want something easy for mobility and recovery.
