This is a great fun way to upgrade on the older version of the hula-hoop that I remember all too fondly from my childhood. The sectional pieces make for ease of fitting, it's adjustable for different waist sizes, great value for money. It's a great quality product, the weighted ball is heavier than I was expecting, and its adjustable length makes it ideal fir use in smaller spaces. Its ease of use … well its not as easy as my childhood memories tell me, or my wishful thinking had me believing it would be, lol. But with some practice it is getting easier to do.
